Repairs in Halesowen

Halesowen town centre is compact and largely enclosed, which changes the job. A lot of the retail is inside the Cornbow Shopping Centre rather than on open street, so the specification is driven by the centre management’s shopfitting guide — permitted materials, fascia zones, permitted working hours — before the council sees anything. We ask for that document first; it usually answers half the questions a survey would otherwise raise.
